Individual consultations and group trainings are held by the centers among organizations in the south US. The main focus of these organizations is to address the HIV Gilead Compass Initiative to the people. Their main focus is on capacity building, stigma reduction and trauma informed care and well being among people suffering from HIV. Their motive is to aware people more and more about HIV, and gives them consultation services so that they can recover faster. Compass creates long term sustainable changes in leaders and organizations, and communities who support capacity building strategies that will help in supporting in strengthening of infrastructure and viability of organizations, serving for people suffering from Gilead HIV AIDS.
