Be a Part of an Initiative to Help HIV/AIDS Patients

The biggest problem of having a disease is not battling that disease, but battling the stigma of that disease like HIV/AIDS. Today there is an epidemic of HIV/AIDS in the southern United States, and a lot of people are battling HIV/AIDS and are need of Gilead grant funding. 1. Discrimination: Even today a lot of people discriminate between people with HIV and people without it. They do not have casual contact with them; isolate them, and many more. People treat HIV patients with disgrace and even boycott them from their society.

2. Unemployment: A person with HIV is not given jobs just because they are suffering from this disease. Even the employees in the company who have HIV are fired because of having this disease.

3. Refusing for Medical Help: Even doctors, who are educated, refuse to give their professional medical help to these patients and they do not receive medical help.

These are just a few of the many stigmas that people have with HIV. There are very few people to help them battle this disease which gets even worse because such people having HIV stigmas. We know that not everyone thinks the same and some people know the reality that HIV is just like any other disease and there should be no stigma around it. There are people out there who want to help such people but cannot, because of various fraud campaigns in the name of helping people with HIV.
