But don’t worry because Gilead COMPASS Initiative® has got your back. It is a trusted HIV stigma reduction resource that was started by a biopharmaceutical company named Gilead Sciences, Inc. It was started to update the lives of people of the Southern USA.

Gilead COMPASS Initiative® comprises a group of people who understands the problems faced by HIV/AID patients. Thus, this organization was started to help the local organizations with medication, Gilead HIV treatment, charity, and education.
